Free Government Grants

Who is eligible for free government loans?

Several organizations and individuals are eligible to apply for free government loans.  For the most part, most recipients of government grants and loans fall under the following categories:

Government Institutions
•    Free government loans for government organizations are awarded to state, city, special districts and/or federally recognized tribal governments.  These organizations utilize the free government loans for several projects/initiatives to maintain and develop their communities.

Educational Institutions
•    Free government loans for educational institutions are awarded to Independent School Districts, colleges and universities and other private institutions for higher education.

Public Housing Institutions
•    Free government loans are awarded to the Public Housing Authorities, and other federally recognized organizations like the Indian Housing Authorities

Non-Profit Organizations
•    Free government loans are awarded to Nonprofits do and don’t have a 501(c)(3).  This requirement excludes higher educations institions.

For-Profit Organizations
Small Businesses
Grants Government loans are awarded to Small businesses based on the size standards submitted by the Small Business Administration.  Most industries are categorized in these standards including the following:

  • Free government loans for most general & heavy construction companies with revenue of $28.5 million
  • Government grants and loans for manufacturing and mining companies with 500 emloyees
  • Government grants and loans for all special trade contractors with revenue of $12 million
  • Grants Government loans for agricultural companies with revenue of $.75 million
  • Grants Government loans for wholesale companies with 100 employees
  • Grants Government loans for most retail and service companies with revenue of $6 million

Individuals
Individuals can apply for grants government loans on their own behalf not associated to the free government loans mentioned above.  However, individuals applying for free government loans are responsible for all associated certifications and assurance required for the free government loans.  Therefore, if you apply for a grants government loans for an individual you will only be qualified to free government loans for individuals not related to companies or organizations.
